(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Gwen Stefani and her husband Gavin Rossdale are building a new $10 million mansion.
The couple have kids Kingston, four, and two-year-old Zuma together, and have decided they want a more relaxed family life. They are moving from Beverly Hills to a new property in Calabasas, California, which is being constructed at the moment. The pair love the area, and think it is the perfect place to raise their brood.
"They decided to move to Calabasas because the home will be more spacious and the community is so family friendly," a source explained. "Plus, it's just a short drive to the beach, which the kids love."
Gwen and Gavin have worked hard to design their dream home.
When complete, the property will stretch over 10,000 square feet and will include seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, a recording studio, tennis court and swimming pool.
"The entire grounds will be lushly landscaped and super-private," the source added to National Enquirer. "Gwen is working closely with the designer and she wants inlaid tile and marble throughout." (C) Cover Media
