The last film of Vishal Bhardwaj's Shakespearean trilogy, 'Haider', the modern-day adaptation of Shakespeare's tragedy, 'Hamlet' bagged six technical awards out of eight nominations at an awards show this year and International Indian Film Academy.
The winners of the Technical Awards category were announced on Wednesday night and of the 14 technical awards, 'Haider' has received six honours at IIFA technical awards which includes costume designing, background score, sound mixing, sound design, production design and make-up.
The film was directed by Vishal Bhardwaj starring Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead and Tabu, Irrfan Khan and Kay Kay Menon as co-stars.
