Halle Berry is reportedly heading to court after her nanny alleged ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry assaulted her.
The woman who looks after the former couple's three-year-old daughter Nahla claims the Canadian model became physical with her during a recent heated argument.
RadarOnline reports that Halle will be back in a Los Angeles courtroom tomorrow for an emergency hearing as she does not want Gabriel to visit with Nahla because of the alleged violent incident.
The source told the site that the nanny went to pick Nahla up from school last Wednesday but she wasn't there because she had been kept home sick for two days.
"The nanny went to pick Nahla up at school and she wasn't there so she went to Gabriel's house," the insider said. "Gabriel and the nanny got into an argument because no one alerted her that Nahla didn't go to school."
The insider claims that the argument became physical which has worried Halle.
"She picked up Nahla to leave and Gabriel yelled at her and shoved her out the door so hard that she hit the wall while she had Nahla in her arms," the source alleged and added that the nanny claimed it wasn't the first time she had been abused.
The nanny then told Halle that she could not take the situation anymore and was going to quit her job, it is claimed.
Halle and Gabriel have had an ongoing court dispute regarding custody of their daughter.
