Cute and pretty that she is, actress Kangana Ranaut celebrates a special day today as she turns 26. Coming from a small town where fashion and style is hardly noticed, Kangana moved out of her birthplace to spread her wings into modelling and thus she turned into an actress.

Kangana made her debut in the film 'Gangster' opposite Shiney Ahuja. Her performance was appreciated to a large extent for which she also won the Filmfare Best Female Debut Award.

Then she starred in films like 'Woh Lamhe', 'Life in a Metro' and many more. In 2008, she shared the screen space with Priyanka Chopra and Mugdha Godse in 'Fashion' where she won two awards for Supporting Actress.

She has been very lucky to work with starts like Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt and Emraan Hashmi at a very young age.

Currently, Kangana is busy with her upcoming films that include 'Shootout at Wadala' 'I Love New Year' and a few others.

Besides films, Kangana also worked as a theatre actor in Delhi.
