Adorable Karthika Nair turned 20 today. Her peppy personality, pretty features and undeniable talent has made the actress one of the most successful artist down south. 

Born to former Indian actress Radhika and her husband R.S.Nair, Karthika set her heart on acting since she was a toddler. Bought up in Mumbai, the 'Ko' actress marked her entry in the industry at the age of 17 and garnered a lot of admiration immediately after her first release. 

Her debut film was the Telugu movie 'Josh' opposite superstar Naga Chaitanya. However, Josh was just the beginning. Since then the actress appeared in a number of Tamil and Malayalam film. 

Her Tamil venture Ko, alongside Jiiva and Ajmal Ameer received rave reviews and Karthika became one of the sought after actress in the industry. Her professionalism and excellence on screen was quite  a surprise for a girl of her age. 

In spite of the glam sham, Karthika has her feet set firm on the ground and is still perusing her education.  She is studying an international degree in Business from college affiliated to London School of Economics. 

Karthika is undeniably an idol, for she has already achieved at a very young age what others take years to achieve. A girl with pure talent and zeal, it is indeed a joy to watch Karthika perform on big screen.
