Bollywood filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani has been famous for his surreal style of filmmaking. He who has directed films like '3 Idiots' and 'Munnabhai' series has been known for his simplicity. From using common locales to shooting in regular conditions, Raju has done it all.
But for his upcoming film
'P.K', Raju is making an exception.
Songs in Hirani's films are never elaborate or about grand sets but for a special sequence in 'P.K', he is breaking grounds.
The filmmaker has decided to go on a special 30-day India tour where he will be visiting famous locales of the nation just to finalize locations for the song's shoot.
The director wants to shoot the song elaborately in locations which have never been seen on Indian celluloid before.
Though he plans to visit popular destinations like Shimla, Kashmir, East India and Kerala, he wants to explore unseen locations of these admired places.
The talked about song is a romantic sequence that will be shot with the film's leading couple
Aamir Khan and
Anushka Sharma.
