Hotel Milan takes a quirky dig on UP's anti-romeo squad

16th July 2018

The first official poster of Vishal Mishra directorial 'Hotel Milan' is out and it features Kunaal Roy Kapur sitting and holding a rose in his mouth. The poster can be a bit controversial as it takes a quirky dig on Uttar Pradesh government's anti-romeo squad and in every wrong way the film can be controversial confronting Yogi Adityanath's govt.

Director Vishal Mishra shared the films first look poster with a tweet that read "खिलते है गुल यहाँ, खिलके बिखरने को! Presenting the first look of my next film, #HotelMilan. Releasing on September 14th. #KunaalRoyKapur @zeishan_quadri @Jaiahlawat @iKarishmaSharma @hotelmilanfilm @ZeeMusicCompany."

The film revolves around the plot of bashing innocent young couple in the name of anti-romeo squad and taking such a quirky take on the present government is quite a brave move.

Speaking about the film Vishal said in a press release, "It's quite a daring film and I’m blessed to have a team with a big heart." Bankrolled by Haresh Patel's AD Films, 'Hotel Milan' also stars Karishma Sharma, Jaideep Ahlawat, Zeishan Quadri, Rajesh Sharma and Zakir Hussain and will be released on September 14.

Vishal Mishra previously directed 'Coffee With D' (2017), about a celebrated journalist who seeks to interview a dreaded terrorist. Although Yogi Adityanath's anti-romeo squad was made to take a stand against the sexual harassment cases, many officers misused it to harras innocent couples.
