One of the most acclaimed actors of Kannada cinema, Biradar has now an international accolade to his credit. Vyjyanath Biradar has done over 450 films in his 30 year career. He was pleasantly surprised recently, when he bagged an international award in 'Imagine India Film Festival' in Madrid, Spain.

Vyjyanath Biradar, in Dr. Girish Kasaravalli's latest film 'Kanasembo Kudureyaneri', portrayed a role of a grave digger in the critically acclaimed flick. Biradar has won the 'Golden Chakra' award at Imagine India International film festival, Madrid. The versatile actor is not only a performer in films but also does television and stage shows.

Apart from him, the film 'Kanasembo Kudureyaneri' bagged the best regional film and best screenplay at the national level, for Dr. Girish Kasaravalli and Gopalakrishna Pai.
