Shruthi Haasan is now anxiously awaiting the release of her next movie 'Ezham Arivu' that marks her debut in the Tamil film industry. The actress has been trying her luck in Bollywood and Tollywood. She hasn't met with much success there though. The actress is now making her debut in the Tamil film industry with this film, which has Suriya in the lead role.

Meanwhile, reports are that Shruthi Haasan will be seen playing a negative role in this film, as she enacts the role of a scientist involved in a mission but later transforms into a good human being and goes to the aid of the actor.

Harris Jayaraj has scored the music for the film and Ravi K Chandran has handled the cinematography.
