News was round the corner that Shahid Kapoor's wife Mira Rajput would deliver a baby anytime soon as she was rushed to the hospital and her father-in-law Pankaj Kapur and mother-in-law Supriya Pathak paid a visit to her. Well the most awaited person of the Kapoor family has been arrived as Mira gave birth to a baby girl on August 26, 2016 at the Hinduja Healthcare Surgical hospital at around 7:56 pm.

Soon after the baby's birth, an excited Shahid shared the news with his followers. He tweeted, "She has arrived and words fall short to express our happiness. Thank you for all your wishes." He also thanked the doctor who delivered the baby by tweeting, "Thank you Dr Kiran Coelho for delivering our little bundle of joy. You really are the best. 🙏❤️."

When Shahid announced the good news, congratulatory messages were poured on the whole Kapoor family from their B-town friends. Here are some of the celebs who wished the couple.
