Jack Osbourne: Ghosts aren't scary

10th July 2012

Jack Osbourne is not afraid of ghosts because it "takes a lot" to frighten him.

The 26-year-old star is appearing in a new programme called Haunted Highway on the Syfy channel. It sees Jack and his friend Dana Workman visit paranormal sites around America, but he has insisted it's not too terrifying.

"It takes a lot to get me scared," he said. "We got some stuff that I can't explain. I don't know how to put it. It's just weird."

Jack discussed why he decided to get involved with the project, explaining it seemed too exciting to pass up.

"Syfy approached me," he told Access Hollywood. "They said we want to give you and a friend a camera and just send you off into these weird and wacky locations and see if you guys come up with anything. I was like, OK.'"

Jack was recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) not long after he became a father for the first time. Jack described having MS as a "bit of a buzz kill", but added he won't let it get him down for the sake of his two-month-old daughter Pearl.

"Having a new baby is forcing me to just focus on taking care of myself and work, so it takes the sting away a little bit," he said.
