Close on the heels of signing popular Tamil actor Sarath Kumar for Superstar Rajinikanth's "Kochadaiyaan", director Soundarya Ashwin has now roped in a top Bollywood actor to the fold. He is none other than Jackie Shroff.

The well known Hindi actor, who was last seen in Tamil film industry in the critically acclaimed "Aaranya Kaandam", will play a crucial role in this forthcoming film of Rajini, which is expected to hit the floors soon.

In a message to the media, Soundarya, the younger daughter of Rajinikanth said, 'The star cast confirmed so far in "Kochadaiyaan" are Sarath Kumar, Aadhi, Nasser, Shobana and now Jackie Shroff.'

To be simultaneously made in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi, "Kochadaiyaan" will be shot using state of the art technology. Story, screenplay and dialogues are by K S Ravikumar, while music is by A R Rahman.
