(Cover) - EN Showbiz - January Jones is expecting her first child.

The actress is famed for her role as Betty Draper in the hit US television drama Mad Men. She announced her happy news last night Thursday night, although so far she has now confirmed who the babys father is.

"January Jones is happy to announce that she is expecting her first child this fall, her representative confirmed in a statement.

The American star has previously been linked to Josh Groban and Ashton Kutcher and recently dated actor Jason Sudeikis, who she split from in February.

"I think it's tough to date in general, she has previously been quoted as saying. But maybe it's hard because I live such a transient lifestyle. Never in one place for too long. Plus, I can't commit... all over the place. It's me."

The 33-year-old beauty will next be seen in X-Men: First Class this summer. (C) Cover Media
