The actress and her beau have splashed out on a $21 million property but are waiting while renovations are completed.

In the meantime, they have moved into a home in Beverly Hills.

It costs $40,000 a month and features five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms. There is also a home theatre, water features and beautiful views, according to MailOnline.

The couple will be able to make good use of the California weather thanks to a swimming pool and an outside kitchen and shower area.

The property also boasts a wine cellar and a bar, while Jennifer and Justin will benefit from his and hers bathing areas.

The couple began dating after they shot movie Wanderlust together and there are rumours they are planning to wed in Greece.

Meanwhile, Jennifer's ex-husband Brad Pitt is also soon to move into a new home. The actor, his fiance Angelina Jolie and their six kids are to live in the UK area of Richmond, London, after finding the perfect mansion there.

British newspaper The Sun claims the pair have already paid $64,000 to have playground equipment installed at their new home. (C) Cover Media
