(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Jennifer Aniston hosted one last party at her Beverly Hills home over the weekend.

The actress has sold the mansion for a reported $36 million and decided to celebrate moving out by throwing a lavish bash on Friday night. Jennifer who spent two years refurbishing the property before putting it on the market invited her closest friends and family to the house on the hillside, and plans to spend more time on the east coast.

"Jen had a party at her Beverly Hills house Friday night a little going away party since she plans on spending so much more time in New York," a source told People. "She just wanted to have one more great get together with friends at the house before she moved out."

Jennifer's boyfriend Justin Theroux attended the party, which was held to also celebrate his 40th birthday on August 10.

Jennifer is believed to be house hunting for a property in Los Angeles with Justin. The 42-year-old star is also planning to spend more time at the $5.9 million property she recently bought in Manhattan's West Village. Justin is also based in New York and the couple are keen to see each other as much as possible. (C) Cover Media
