(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Jennifer Lopez will return as a judge on American Idol, it has been reported.
The singer is believed to announce her plans to join the talent show for another series in a matter of days, a source told US website E! Online.
Fellow musical experts Steven Tyler, of Aerosmith fame, and Randy Jackson have already confirmed their return to the judging panel just over a week ago.
But Jennifer had previously admitted that she wasn't sure whether she would participate in another American Idol series.
"I don't know. I haven't been forced to make a decision and I'm glad about that because honestly I'm very on the fence about it," she told BBC Radio 1 earlier this year. "I had an amazing time doing it and I loved it, but I have a lot other things happening, and it's going to come down to me making a choice of what I want to do for the next year and we're not really at the breaking point of 'You have to make a decision right now!' I'm just really enjoying the time of just waiting and seeing."
Jennifer revealed in an interview with TV host Ellen DeGeneres that she would like to tour the world with her music.
The Latin American star and her husband Marc Anthony are also preparing to launch their own TV talent contest, Q'Viva! The Chosen this summer.
The couple are planning to visit 21 countries in a bid to find the finest Latin musical talent. (C) Cover Media
