Jessica Alba has "lots of lists, schedules and labels to keep sanity."

The 30-year-old actress who is mother to three-year-old daughter Honor and five-month-old daughter Haven embarked on business endeavor The Honest Company in January.

Despite her hectic schedule, Jessica seeks equilibrium in all that she does.

"I just live my life the best I can and I compromise on one thing or another. I often wish there were at least two of me and 36 hours in the day!" she told GILT.com.

"My children's happiness is my priority, so as long as they're good everything else just sort of works out. I have lots of lists, schedules and labels to keep some sanity and organisation."

Jessica fuels her brood with healthy food.

"I seek out organic foods, and as a family we try to have a balanced diet that focuses on vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains," the star explained.

"I make sure to read the ingredients carefully and try to give Haven homemade, pured food as much as possible."

Jessica is happy to share eco-friendly alternatives with the masses through her website Honest.com.
