Jessica Simpson will reportedly be spending $2 million around the time she gives birth to her first child.

The 31-year-old mother-to-be is expecting a baby girl with fianc Eric Johnson any day now.

And In Touch claims that the Fashion Star mentor, who has a billion dollar clothing empire, is not holding out on spending what it takes to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Jessica will reportedly spend $500,000 on a birthing suite and has rented out an entire wing of the hospital so she can have her privacy.

"She's turning the maternity ward into Fort Knox," the insider said. "If her friends and family want to visit her, they'll have to make it through numerous checkpoints."

Jessica is also set to spend over a million bucks on security with the hiring of several armed guards.

"She's terrified of kidnapping," the pal explained. "Her head of security just held a pre-birth meeting for her family to brief them on the rules."

With $100,000 on food and room service, $14,500 on a crib and nearly $70,000 on a private jet for a possible trip back home to Texas, the total bill adds up to a mammoth sum.

Jessica is set to recoup the funds and will rake in a multi-million dollar deal if she decides to sell picture of her daughter, reportedly called Maxi. And she has already signed a lucrative deal to be the new face of Weight Watchers when she drops her post-baby pounds.
