S. Rajamouli directed 'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion' a movie breaking all the box-office records of India now proceeds China to rule there. This Prabhas and Rana Daggubati starrer did not impress China and started with a mild box-office business of $7.80 million approx.

Although this slow start can be a steady beginning and the film might pick up as well with the positive word of mouth. Taking a look at the detailed box-office collection trade analyst Ramesh Bala tweeted, "#Baahubali2InChina grosses $7.80 Million [Rs 52.12 Crore] for the 1st weekend. Previews – $0.02 Million, Fri – $2.41 Million, Sat – $2.94 Million, Sun – $2.43 Million."

So from what it looks like things are clear that Baahubali 2 is disappointing at the Chinese box-office. However, some trade experts suggest that the film might pick up but unfortunately just a week to enjoy the box-office dominance. Even Avengers Infinity War which is set to release in China on May 11 would surely show some staggering numbers on the box-office. Another reason for this mild box-office opening can be that the audiences didn't get to see the first part and hence, might not be able to connect with the second part.
