(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Jessie J loves playing lions with her nephews.

The British singer is still getting used to filling out shows and can't believe people pay to see her sing. It's her dream to be on stage, although in her spare time less impressive feats seem just as exciting to her.

"I get to go out on stage and see thousands of people singing the words to my songs and that is for me the dream experience," she said.

"Well, that and playing at being a lion with my nephews. You've got to keep it real."

Jessie's debut song Do It Like a Dude was initially going to be released in the US before the UK. She fought that decision and is glad she did so.

"Sometimes you have to be a diva. All the artists I admire from Madonna to Whitney to Mariah have been called divas," she told the British edition of Grazia magazine.

"If you are strong, if you have vision, if you are an artist, you have to do what you believe in. And if you get called a diva for it, so what?" (C) Cover Media
