Johnny Depp is being sued by a disabled woman who alleges that his bodyguards assaulted her.
TMZ reports that the 52-year-old claims she was "roughed up and humiliated" by the actor's entourage during a concert in December.
She claims that Johnny's team beat her and tore her pants off.
The lawsuit has been filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court and the woman only identifies herself as Jane Doe.
She claims that she was trying to get to her seat in the VIP section of an Iggy Pop concert when the incident allegedly occurred.
The woman is apparently a professor of medicine at UC Irvine and says she was assaulted for no reason.
She also claims that her cell phone was ripped from her fingers and that she was dragged to the ground which caused her pants to come off, "exposing her buttocks to the other Hollywood Palladium patrons."
Law enforcement sources told the site that the woman appeared intoxicated at the time of the incident.
