A case winning satire!!

Comedy is the first word that comes to our mind when we think of Boman Irani and Arshad Warsi. They're two great actors who have worked earlier in 'Munna Bhai M.B.B.S.' and this time they come together in 'Jolly LLB'.

Director Subhash Kapoor draws inspiration from India's legal system which is often made fun of and always delays in giving justice as well.

Arshad Warsi plays advocate Jagdish Tyagi aka Jolly from Meerut. In search for big opportunities, he moves his base to Delhi and comes across Boman Irani, the superstar lawyer who believes in winning by hook or crook. Jolly takes up a hit and run accident case against him to make it big.

Courtroom dramas are always very exciting and Subhash Kapoor directs a very thrilling debate that will make people laugh and even clap in certain situations.

'Jolly LLB' is a satire about the current court scenarios and people who have dealt with the legal system will definitely relate to the movie. The story is kept very simple and real, the highlight of the movie is the performances, as Arshad is from Meerut he has used the local dialect which makes the movie look real.

Arshad is in a never seen before avatar, he has researched well before playing a lawyer's role and that comes across positively. Boman Irani has bagged another winner with his character in the movie. His role is based on the controversial lawyer Ram Jethmalani. Boman does full justice to his character as he looks and speaks like a professional.

Amrita Rao plays a school teacher from a small town, who has no qualms in slapping her boyfriend (Arshad Warsi) to show him the right direction. Saurabh Shukla is very impressive in the movie and Manoj Pahwa does justice to his character of 'Jijaji' as well.

Court room debates always excite the audiences and 'Jolly LLB' has plenty of them, which will make the audiences enjoy the movie. Simple and real are the two principles that director Subhash Kapoor sticks to and they work in his favor. He has done full justice to Boman and Arshad's talent.

'Jolly LLB' conveys a great message in a subtle way and makes the legal system look like a winner in the end. Filmmakers are bound to sit up and take notice of Arshad and this film is a game changer in his career.

A great movie and a soul-stirring satire. You'll definitely be happy if you watch the film.
