Our beloved Bollywood stars love Mumbai. Whether it is the rain or the street side food or the festivals, they all have their own reasons to be absolutely in love with this vivacious city.
And joining the long list of admirers, is actress Kangana Ranaut. Though she is not originally from town, Kangana exclaims that there is something special about the city, especially during the Ganesh festival that makes her heart swoon.
She recently visited a famous pandal in Mumbai with her sister Rangoli. After the prayer and rituals, Kangana confessed about her love for the fest.
"Every time there was any puja in our house, we would sing Ganesha aarti first. I have been associated with Ganesha like that since I was a kid," gushes Kangana as she appears nostalgic.
Talking about her fondness for the city, Kangana admits that there is something mystical about Mumbai during the festivals. "I like the spirit of the festival and the fact that there are pandals all over the city. The places where you don't even find temples, have temples now. So it creates a vibration. I don't believe in every superstition, but I do believe in vibration and energy. It is so beautiful to see millions of people collectively having faith and worshipping. The place looks divine. The city is exuding that sort of vibe right now, which is very nice," she said.
