Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan has been famous to wear her heart on her sleeve. She is the one who is ruled by the dictate of her soul. As nobody can force or influence her what she doesn’t like, similarly nobody can stop her from doing what she loves.

The actress who is a celebrity advocate for UNICEF, recently successfully performed one of her duties for the same. She visited underprivileged girls from Jalna district in Maharashtra and spent the whole day understanding their current living condition.

It was her way to celebrate Eid this year. Instead of attending lavish parties and enjoying the luxury, the actress chose the road less taken. She not only checked whether they are getting right education and guidance, but also talked to them at length.

"All the girls I met from Jalna said they wanted to learn more and become teachers, computer engineers or IPS officers. I personally want to spread the word through UNICEF, and urge people to support secondary education for these lovely, beautiful girls," she said.

Kareena also added that she is extremely glad to be associated with such a cause that is close to her heart. "I am proud to support a cause I deeply believe in, which is supporting schools and joyful learning across India. These schools help protect our young girls and help them grow into what we all want to be — bright, intelligent women with a direction and purpose. And I will be doing a lot more through UNICEF, which will enable young girls across India to pursue their dreams," she added.
