(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Kate Winslet's rumoured new beau Ned Rocknroll finds her "incredibly sexy".

Kate was pictured with Ned the nephew of businessman Richard Branson - earlier this week. The pair were both guests on Richard's Necker Island when the billionaire's home was recently devastated by a fire.

According to British newspaper The Sun, Kate and Ned are growing closer by the minute. The publication says Ned is "totally smitten" with the 35-year-old actress.

"When he met Kate he realised she was a real grown up and was attracted to her maturity," a source told the publication.

"He also liked the fact she was a little bit older. He finds her incredibly sexy."

Ned is married to society heiress Eliza Cowdray, 23. They tied the knot two years ago, but called time on their relationship earlier this year.

The source added that Ned was looking for a more mature woman after the split.

"I think he realised Eliza was a bit young for him and needed time to grow up, be independent and discover herself," the source continued.

Kate has been married twice before; her first marriage to Jim Threapleton ended in 2001. She announced her split from second husband, director Sam Mendes, last year.

She went on to date British model Louis Dowler but the relationship was short-lived.

Sources have revealed that Kate's friends have "never seen her so happy" since striking up a union with Ned. (C) Cover Media
