Katherine Jackson no longer has custody of her late son's children.
The elderly matriarch was stripped of her rights as guardian of Michael's three kids; Paris, Prince and Blanket today following recent reports that she was being held in Arizona against her will.
Los Angeles Judge Mitchell Beckloff made it clear that it was not because Katherine had done anything wrong but that she had been prevented from fulfilling her duties by an "intentional act from third parties."
Some of Katherine's offspring, namely Randy, Jermaine and Janet, are embroiled in a bitter battle to gain control of the King of Pop's lucrative estate.
Michael's nephew T.J., who is the 34-year-old son of Tito, will now be the temporary guardian of the children and will move into the California home to live with them.
T.J. told the judge on Wednesday that when he spoke to Katherine on Tuesday night she was acting "very strange" and he had "never heard her talk like that."
But Katherine's attorney Perry Sanders told RadarOnline that he will be back in court in the next few days to have Katherine's custody of the children reinstated.
"Randy texted me during the court proceedings and said that Katherine was on her way back to Los Angeles," he revealed. (C) Cover Media
