Katrina Kaif must have had lost the chance to work with Karan Johar in his next production starring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, but there’s certainly no dearth of offers for her from Karan Johar who is itching to work with her since quite some time now. And after the possible film slipped out of Katrina Kaif’s hand, Karan Johar has decided to compensate by offering a raunchy item number in his magnum opus ‘Agneepath’ starring Hrithik Roshan, Sanjay Dutt and Priyanka Chopra as leads.

Karan Johar confirmed this piece of news that Katrina Kaif has been finalized as the ‘Item girl’ for the talked about song. He stated that when they thought of the item number, no one fitted the bill more perfectly than Katrina Kaif.

After her sizzling chemistry with Hrithik Roshan in ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ it would only be more appropriate to have her shaking a leg with Hrithik Roshan in the film. For the records, this will be Katrina’s first official item number considering the fact that ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’ technically wasn’t an item number citing the fact that it was a part of the story where Katrina Kaif was the lead.
