Kelly Osbourne: I aspire to be Victoria Beckham

31st October 2011

(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Kelly Osbourne wants to be more like Victoria Beckham and keep her "real self separate" from her career.

The television star struggles to keep her opinions to herself and has gained a reputation for being outspoken. Kelly insists she is always the same person in and out of the public spotlight. However, she sometimes wishes she could divide her work and personal life.

"The number of times I've sat next to Victoria on flights she's awesome. She'll arrive in designer clothes, change into comfy stuff, and then change back and do her make-up before she lands," Kelly told the British edition of Glamour magazine. "I really admire her for the image that she's created and for the fact that she keeps her real self and her brand separate. I wish I could be like that, but I say what I think too much."

Kelly's honest attitude has made it difficult for her to have friendships with other girls. She admits she can upset females by telling them exactly what she thinks.

"I still find it tough to be around girls because I always say the wrong thing. If a friend asks me if she looks fat in something, I'll be honest and say yeah' when she does," she explained.

The 27-year-old is currently embracing her single status.

Kelly was left broken hearted when her fianc model Luke Worrall allegedly cheated on her. Since the end of that romance, the star has found it hard to find love again.

"I warned the last guy I dated that he would become known as Kelly Osbourne's boyfriend' and he said he was fine with it. Then on day two he turned around and said, I'm sick and tired of being in your f**king shadow,'" Kelly revealed, before ruling out dating a fellow celebrity. "Ugh, no I could never handle that. I like men who are quirky and don't realize how beautiful they are. Plus it would be a constant competition, and I hate competition. I've never understood why women have so much trouble saying other women are beautiful, for example. I know they're jealous, but I think being just a pretty face must be the biggest curse in the world." (C) Cover Media
