Kelly Osbourne appeared extremely drunk at a club Wednesday night, it has been reported.

The 27-year-old Fashion Police host partied at hip Los Angeles nightspot the Cha Cha Lounge earlier this week.

Onlookers note that Kelly, who has been sober since her stint in rehab in 2009, looked intoxicated.

"[Kelly was] getting drinks at the bar with a friend and she was clearly wasted," a party attendee told RadarOnline. "Kelly was dropping her sunglasses and hat and she had to hold on to someone to stand up."

The eyewitness also claims that Kelly ingested some marijuana.

"[Kelly] bought a $10 pot molasses cookie [from the neighbourhood dealer Lady Cakes]," the source recalled. "She quickly stuffed it in her mouth. Then she said You're going to be my personal supplier now.' "

Kelly was reportedly drunk at a pre-Golden Globe Awards party last Saturday.

"Kelly was so wasted," an eyewitness told RadarOnline earlier this week. "At one point she almost fell back and I had to catch her!"

After catching wind of the speculation, Kelly took to Twitter Thursday to express her anger about claims that she was under the influence at the Golden Globes bash.

"@radar_online please stop writing bullsh** about me i did not even go to any golden globe parties i was working! (sic)" Kelly tweeted. "i will say this till I'm blue in the face I DO ENOUGH STUPID SH** YOU DONT NEED TO MAKE THINGS UP!"

Kelly's representatives have not commented on the rumours.
