(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Kelly Rutherford has denied she is dating her co-star Matthew Settle, although she admits romancing a fellow actor appeals to her.

The star portrays Lily van der Woodsen in Gossip Girl, while Matthew plays her husband Rufus Humphrey. There is intent speculation the pair may be more than just friends in real life as they have such great onscreen chemistry, but Kelly has laughed the rumours off.

Although she and Matthew are not an item, she does think dating someone in the business would be a good move. He is handsome... delicious. We have both been through difficult divorces recently, so we do have a bond. Of course it would be easier to be with another actor than a civilian, but honestly, there hasnt even been a moment to think about it, she said.

Kelly has a chequered romantic history. She married banker Carlos Tarajano six months after meeting him, moving from Los Angeles to New York to be with him. Four months after they tied the knot Carlos suffered a heart attack, and never fully recovered. Kelly stayed with him for months but they ended up divorcing after seven months of marriage.

She has two kids with her ex-husband Daniel Giersch, although their union ended acrimoniously. The experience has put Kelly off relationships, and she is unsure she ever wants to wed again.

My one concern now is to be able to co-parent and to carry on learning, she told Grazia. I have learned from my first marriage. I have learned from my second, and I dont know if Ill have a third. I just dont know how great I am with the love thing. (C) Cover Media
