(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Kelly Rutherford thinks the Gossip Girl actors personalities are filtering into those of their characters more and more.

The 42-year-old American actress plays Lily van der Woodsen in the hit US teen drama, which boasts a star-studded cast including Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Ed Westwick and Penn Badgley.

Kelly thoroughly enjoys appearing in the programme, and thinks it boasts some fascinating characters. She admits that some of the shows stars have brought aspects of their own personalities into the roles they portray.

Its hard to say because everyone has an element of their character to them, especially when weve been playing these characters for four years now there is bound to be aspects of your own personality that come through, and I think that comes through more and more now, she explained, when the British edition of OK! magazine asked how the stars compared to their alter egos in the programme.

Kelly also discussed rumours that some of the Gossip Girl cast dont get along well. She believes the reports are nonsense, as she hasnt noticed disputes on set.
