(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Kiefer Sutherland has split from his long-term girlfriend.

The actor had been in a relationship with Allure magazine style director Siobhan Bonnouvrier for almost three years. However, the pair are no longer together, with Siobhan confirming the romance has come to an end.

"I am not dating Kiefer. We are just friends," she told New York Post.

Kiefer recently spent time in New York where he appeared in a Broadway production of That Championship Season. It has been reported that during his stay in the US city, he became close to another woman.

"Sutherland has developed a friendship with wealthy New York mom Eleanor Propp, numerous sources say," reports the publication.

Last year, the 44-year-old star sparked rumours he had proposed to Siobhan after she was spotted wearing what appeared to be a large diamond engagement ring during a romantic holiday in Italy.

Speculation was fuelled after the pair were seen perusing an upmarket jewellery store, with reports they were looking at wedding rings. (C) Cover Media
