The reality television beauty is famed for her stunning looks and curvaceous figure and is regularly praised for her immaculate style.

Kim says women overlook the basics when it comes to exuding sexiness, and she believes confidence is the key to being attractive.

"Confidence," she replied when asked what makes a woman sexy. "If someone is really insecure, they can come across as really unsure of themselves. And if you have body issues, it can roll over into your work and the rest of your life. I think confidence is just the sexiest thing!"

Kim says she feels her best after she's completed an intense work out. Despite feeling refreshed after a bout of exercise, the raven-haired beauty insists nothing makes her feel as good as being all glammed up.
