Kanye West thinks Kim Kardashian is "his Beyonc", says a source.

The two stars have been romantically linked many times in the past and it's now thought they are dating. Kim is currently in the process of divorcing Kris Humphries following their 72-day marriage, but it hasn't stopped rapper Kanye from allegedly gushing about the beauty.

According to an insider, the 34-year-old star - who is friends with Jay-Z and his wife Beyonc Knowles - has fallen "genuinely head over heels" for Kim.

"It's not a PR stunt," the source told US Weekly magazine. "They're perfect for each other. He thinks she's his Beyonc!"

As the dust settles on her highly-publicised split from basketball star Kris, reality TV star Kim has reportedly seen Kanye in a different light. She has finally realised the depth of the musician's feelings.

"Now that Kim has gotten over the Kris drama she sees how much Kanye loves her," the source added.

Meanwhile, Kim's younger sister Khlo has voiced her support for the budding romance.

In an interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday, the brunette star revealed the Kardashian family approve of her dating long-time friend Kanye.
