Beyonc Knowles and her good pal Gwyneth Paltrow are planning a yoga retreat.

Beyonc gave birth to daughter Blue Ivy Carter, her first child with husband Jay-Z, in January.

The singer and Gwyneth, who is mother to two young children herself, are reportedly eager to go on a relaxing getaway together.

Before Beyonc returns to work in upcoming months, Gwyneth suggested that the mothers enjoy a relaxing respite in Tuscany, Italy with their children.

"They're planning daily yoga sessions at the private five-star villa, which has its own pool," a source told British newspaper the Sun.

Beyonc is enthusiastically receptive to her friend Gwyneth's health advice. The songstress intends to expose Blue Ivy to the benefits of fitness as early as possible.

"Beyonc has also been taking her daughter Blue Ivy to baby yoga classes after Gwyneth recommended it, so they will spend some of the holiday doing that," the source continued.

Beyonc and Gwyneth also plan to eat delectable gourmet meals.

"And the pair will get stuck into a menu of Gwyneth's favourite organic grub while they are away," the source shared.

Beyonc s husband Jay will be on the road this summer for the European leg of his successful Watch the Throne tour. The Single Ladies star will be there to support her man and their nearly two-month-old daughter Blue Ivy will accompany the pair.
