(Cover) - EN Star Style - Kourtney Kardashian thinks going to the gym is tedious.
The 32-year-old reality television personality gave birth to son Mason 17 months ago, and has regained her gorgeous curves since.
The raven-haired star says that her post-baby body is down to a lot of running, as the gym "bores" her.
"I tried working out at the gym in our New York City hotel, which was boring, and I took bootcamp classes with Kim, but they're just not for me," she explained in an interview with Shape magazine.
The beauty added that new mothers shouldn't lose their sex appeal. Kourtney believes that any woman can regain her figure by starting an exercise regime after having a baby.
"I'm proof that even after having a baby you can look better and sexier than ever," she said.
Kourtney, who spends a lot of time with her partner Scott Disick, understands the time constraints new mothers face. The star advises that people should find time to fit in their work-out routines, even if it means getting up a little earlier in the morning.
"Know when is the right time for your workout and commit to doing it. For me, I have to get up at 7am every day, before everyone else, leave Mason in bed with Scott, and go for a run," she revealed. "Thirty minutes of cardio is right outside my door." (C) Cover Media
