Bhaskar, the director who made the movie 'Bommarillu', will now be making another movie that is tentantively titled 'Ongole Gitta'. The buzz is that Kriti Kharbanda is finally roped in as the lead opposite Ram Pothineni.

Initially, the movie-makers had confirmed Shubha Phutela to play the female lead, but due to some medical reasons, she had to drop out of the project. Later, South African beauty Nikhita Rhea was signed in, but for reasons unknown, she is out too.

Now, finally Kriti replaces them all in this romantic drama. The music will be given by G.V. Prakash and the camera work is taken care by A. Venkatesh. The story of the film is set in the backdrop of the Guntur market yard.
