(Cover) - EN Star Style - Lady Gaga deserves a knighthood for her "services to fashion", says acclaimed fashion photographer Nick Knight.

The British director of SHOWstudio.com, who has worked with a number of fashion's biggest names including the late Alexander McQueen and Naomi Campbell, has collaborated with Gaga on a number of shoots, including directing her Born This Way video.

The fashion photographer says the international songstress has paved the way for a new wave of fashion inspiration.

"Gaga is ... she deserves a knighthood or the fashion equivalent for her services to fashion," he said in a video interview with Grazia. "Gaga, and love her as I do, she's such an incredible force. She's really been a tornado in fashion. She's like all the fashion designers put together in an ever on-going fashion show.

"She is someone who has promoted fashion in the way it was really needed. When fashion gets slow, stale, when it gets too withdrawn from people, it needs some force like she has done."

Nick says Gaga's whole life is a fashion catwalk. The photographer thinks the 25-year-old star is a walking advert for any designer whose clothes she decides to wear.

"Every time Gaga walks from her hotel to her limousine it's a catwalk. You couldn't wish for a better platform for your clothes," he added. (C) Cover Media
