Liam Hemsworth is set to present at the 47th Annual Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards this weekend.

The Hunger Games star has been busy promoting the record-breaking film of late. However, the actor is set to take time out of his schedule to present an award on Sunday.

Liam will join a host of stars including Kiss, Taylor Swift and LL Cool J who are all taking to the stage to hand over accolades.

Blake Shelton is hosting the awards show alongside Reba McEntire. The country musician who is also performing at the prestigious industry show has admitted to feeling anxious.

"It's...days away, and (I'm) already freaking out," he told CBS This Morning.

He also joked about his appointment.

"Hillbillies have invaded Las Vegas and we don't know what the hell we're doing and there will be disasters. I'm the most inbred hillbilly one of them all," he added.

Country superstars Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, and Tim McGraw will all take the stage.

Kenny Chesney who has an impressive nine nominations is also performing.

Jason Aldean has a respectable six nominations, while Lady Antebellum has five nods.
