Lily Allen has given birth to her first child, it has been reported.

The 26-year-old pop star, who changed her name to Lily Cooper after wedding her husband businessman Bradley Cooper in June, is thought to have given birth to a baby girl, a source told British newspaper the Daily Mail.

According to the insider Lily's evening birth was "all good."

Lily and family may have already received congratulations from the star's ex-boyfriend DJ Seb Chew via Twitter.

"sending out love to lily, sam and mini cooper......YES.sic Seb tweeted Friday.

Lily announced that she was pregnant in June during her marriage ceremony.

The singer reported to her fans on Twitter in October that she began to suffer from false labour pains, which normally occurs up to six weeks before the baby arrives.

Lily's new bundle of joy has arrived a year after she suffered a tragic miscarriage after battling a viral infection.

Lily's representatives have not yet confirmed the delivery.
