(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Lindsay Lohan is allegedly upset at rumours she didnt attend community service, with reports suggesting all is under control.

The 24-year-old actress was found in violation of probation as well as being sentenced to four months in jail in a Los Angeles court last month, for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace.

Although she was permitted to post bail, the judge said she has to complete 480 hours of community service, 360 of which will be at Downtown Women's Center, a homeless shelter in Los Angeles.

The troubled actress was reportedly due to begin her stint at the establishment yesterday morning, although some reports emerged suggesting she had not arrived.

Sources close to the star have told TMZ that Lindsay has been upset by such reports, calling them an outright lie. The sources added Lindsay wasnt due to begin her service until Wednesday.

Meanwhile, another report on website X17 says the celebritys car was parked outside the Center yesterday. A source had already suggested to the site that Lindsay would indeed arrive before the end of the day. Various photographers also claimed they saw the actress enter the Center alongside her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley later in the day.

Center spokesman Patrick Shandrick released a statement regarding Lindsays community service, although he would not confirm when she is due to begin work. (C) Cover Media
