Lindsay Lohan is "on track and doing very well" with her probation requirements.

The troubled actress has to complete community service at the county morgue and sessions with a therapist for being in violation of her probation stemming from her no contest plea in a jewellery theft case last year.

Lindsay is honouring all her obligations, as she is devoted to changing her life.

"Lindsay is on track and doing very well in fulfilling all terms of her probation, and completing her service at the morgue, and her therapy," a source told Radar Online. "She is focused, and committed to putting this part of her life behind her."

Lindsay will visit Judge Stephanie Sautner in a Los Angeles court next week to review her probation progress. After this hearing Lindsay will have to complete 17 days of community service at the morgue and four sessions of therapy by March 29.

Following completion of these requirements, Lindsay will be removed from formal probation. She will not have to visit the court or her probation officer, all she has to do is abide by the law for two years.

Lindsay is elated about the prospect, as she wants to put court visits behind her.

"Lindsay is counting down the days until she is off formal probation," the source explained. "She is trying to get the community service done ahead of time. She knows the sooner she gets the work done then she will be a free woman. She just wants to get back to work in front of the camera."

Lindsay's probation hearing will take place on Tuesday February 21.
