Lindsay Lohan was found unconscious in her penthouse suite Friday.

Paramedics rushed to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in beach city Marina Del Rey, California in response to a 911 call.

KABC News reports that the unidentified caller was concerned for Lindsay, as they could not wake her up from slumber no matter how hard they tried.

Lindsay eventually did become conscious and emergency medical personnel determined that there was nothing at all wrong with the actress. She was not transported to hospital.

The star has been shooting movie Liz & Dick in the Marina Del Rey area nonstop for the past two days, forfeiting sleep.

Last week the 25-year-old Hollywood actress was driving her black Porsche down Pacific Coast Highway when her vehicle smashed into the back of a huge tractor-trailer truck.

Luckily she did not sustain major injuries and returned to work within hours of the accident.

Lindsay is now back on set filming Liz & Dick.
