Lindsay Lohan has settled a lawsuit stemming from her high profile car chase in 2007.
The Mean Girls star had allegedly abducted three men and went on a drug-fueled chase through Santa Monica before being busted for her second DUI in 90 days.
Attorneys for both sides have confirmed to TMZ that the lawsuit is now closed and a dismissal notice will soon be filed in court.
The specific terms of the settlement are unknown but it came ahead of the scheduled trial date.
The three men; Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro, claimed that Lindsay had hijacked a car in which they were passengers after a party in Malibu and went for a crazy joy ride "endangering all of their lives."
"It was the worst night of my whole summer," one of the men said claiming that Lindsay even went through red lights.
The attorney for the three men, Randall Billington, told E! News that his clients thought the settlement was "fair" and they "are happy to have this all resolved."
