Macaulay Culkin has been trying to win back his ex-girlfriend Mila Kunis.

The two stars began dating in 2002, but early last year it was confirmed they had gone their separate ways.

Macaulay has reportedly had a hard time dealing with the breakup and has been trying his best to convince Mila to give things another go.

"When Mila called a halt to the relationship over a year ago, Mac was shattered. He tried to get his life together and put Mila out of his mind by dating other girls, but it didn't work," a source told National Enquirer.

"So he started texting and calling her, trying desperately to woo her back."

Mila, 28, has apparently told Macaulay that their romance is definitely over and she doesn't want to try again.

The Home Alone star was recently seen out and about looking frailer than usual. It's been suggested the 31-year-old's relationship woes have caused him to lose his appetite which is why his weight has plummeted.
