The makers announced the release date of 'Welcome To New York' in quirky and never seen before way. It is a video of the entire star-cast that chit chats with each other through a video conference. Begining the call with Diljit Dosanjh and Sonakshi Sinha one by one everyone joins the conversation to talk about the film.

This promotional video conference call also includes Karan Johar, Boman Irani, Lara Dutta and Riteish Deshmukh. The film also features Rana Daggubati and even Salman Khan probably.

KJo even tweeted this conf-call via twitter and captioned, ''And today, all the online goss is about a leaked conversation from a new film. #WelcomeToNewYork WelcomeToNewYork-ChatLeaked …@poojafilms @WizFilmsIN."

Even Sonakshi Sinha made the announcement with a tweet embed with the same video, ''Arrrreeee yaaaaaar @karanjohar, what have you done? Now everyone will know the name of MY next film! #WelcomeToNewYork WelcomeToNewYork-ChatLeaked …@poojafilms @WizFilmsIN.''

This will be the very first time actors Diljit and Sonakshi will be paired together in this adventure comedy. The video ends with Salman Khan's call in the dialer. Looks like the 'Tiger Zinda Hai' actor might just have a cameo in this film.

Producer and Pooja Films director Deepshikha Deshmukh said in a statement, "We have a phenomenal star cast and this poster video simply captures the stars having fun and the flavour of the film which is whacky and outright hilarious."
