(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Maria Shriver has been spotted looking happy during a lunch date with Bono.

The journalist has been enduring a tough time of late, with her estranged husband Arnold Schwarzenegger recently announcing that he fathered a lovechild over ten years ago, while married to Maria.

The pair have called time on their 25-year marriage, with Maria remaining strong over the split for the sake of their children; Katherine, 21, Christina, 19, Patrick, 17, and Christopher, 13.

She was spotted looking relaxed and happy in California yesterday as she had lunch with U2 frontman Bono at swanky restaurant The Ivy in Santa Monica.

Maria appeared to be comforted by Bono as he gave her a warm hug and kiss. The pair have been close pals for many years, with Bono even singing at the funeral for Maria's father Sargent Shriver back in January.

Meanwhile, website TMZ say Maria also spent yesterday morning at a meeting with her lawyer Laura Wasser, although a divorce petition is yet to be filed.

Previous reports have suggested the journalist could receive one of the largest divorce settlements in history once the marriage is officially ended. Former Governor of California Arnold is said to be worth in the region of 310 million, and Maria could receive around half of his wealth. (C) Cover Media
