Marilyn Manson has denied that he is engaged.

The rocker's rep has dispelled the announcement made by "independent occult filmmaker" Seraphim Ward that she was set to tie the knot with the music star.

Us Weekly reports that Marilyn doesn't even know the woman that he was supposedly betrothed to.

"This is untrue," Marilyn's spokesperson said in a statement. "He has never met this woman."

Seraphim had tweeted a picture of her "engagement ring" over the weekend stating that the jewel was a Manson family heirloom.

Her representative had even spoken about her devotion to the goth star saying they were in a "committed relationship" and was "over the moon about what the bright future holds with her partner."

Seraphim is set to make her movie debut in Speed Dragon starring alongside Bai Ling.

Marilyn, 43, was married once before to burlesque star Dita Von Teese but they dissolved their union in 2007 just a year after tying the knot.

He was also in an on again, off again, relationship with actress Evan Rachel Wood but they split two years ago.
