(Cover) - EN Fashion - Matthew Williamson says he always selects different muses to ensure a multi-faceted brand.

The British designer is famed for his chic-yet-bohemian designs, and counts style icons such as Kate Moss and Sienna Miller among his closest friends.

Matthews latest source of inspiration is the London-based French fashion stylist Valentine Fillol Cordier, and he says that in his 13-year career he has had two other significant muses Sienna and the jewellery designer Jade Jagger, daughter of The Rolling Stones frontman Mick.

I think there have been about three women in my career: Valentine, Jade Jagger and Sienna Miller, he told Stylist magazine.

Theyre all very different, but I think you need that - to be able to build a brand thats multi-faceted.

Matthew went on to reminisce about how he came to work with the Hollywood actress Sienna, admitting that she first came to his attention before shed made her big acting debut in the 2004 movie Alfie.

Ive known her for about eight years, just before she started making the film Alfie. I saw her picture on a party page in an American magazine and I pulled out the picture and put it on the pin board in my office because she looked cute, he explained.

Matthew was then thrilled to discover that one of his work colleagues was a friend of the pretty actress, and so he introduced the pair.
