Mel Gibson has sold his Malibu, California home for $9.3 million.
The 56-year-old star and ex-wife Robyn have offloaded the property onto US television executive Mike Fleiss, according to the Los Angeles Times newspaper.
The former couple, who divorced in 2011 after spending 31 years together, listed the property in March 2010 for $14.5 million.
They were forced to drop the asking price several times over the years.
The home, located in Los Angeles exclusive coastal city, features six bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms.
It also features several luxury amenities, including multiple fireplaces, a gym, swimming pool, spa and "two-story entertainment pavilion".
Three guesthouses and a tennis court sit on the property.
Mel and Robyn Gibson reportedly purchased the home from Rick Springfield in 1989 for under $3 million.
A settlement reached between the pair late last year saw the actor transfer half of his $850 million fortune to his ex-wife, according to People magazine.
The couple did not sign a prenuptial agreement when they wed and Robyn is entitled to half of Mel's net worth.
Mel and Robyn married in 1980 and have seven children together.
The settlement is believed to be the biggest Hollywood divorce payout in history.
